Care Staff

All of our nurses and carers are carefully chosen to ensure that, not only their qualifications, but their approach to the job and reliability are to the standard that all of our clients expect from Primary Medical.

We ensure that all nurses and carers are fully trained in all aspects of the duties they are required to perform. This includes a full clinical task check, identifying and confirming competencies plus any special skills.

All of our staff are subject to enhanced Criminal Records Bureau checks (*)

(*) Enhanced CRB check also referred to as an Enhanced Disclosure, are for posts that involve a far greater degree of contact with children or vulnerable adults. In general the type of work will involve regularly caring for, supervising, training or being in sole charge of such people.
